INNERGSHOTIT TERMS & CONDITIONS:

By booking a photography session with innergshotit the client agrees to the following terms:

A non-refundable retainer is required to secure the booking date, with the remaining balance due on or before the session date. 24 hours or less Cancellations will result in forfeiture of the retainer. Rescheduling requests must be made in advance and are subject to photographer availability.

Final edited images will be delivered within the agreed timeframe. RAW files are not included unless otherwise specified in writing. The package includes premium editing and a limited number of revision requests. Additional edits are subject to additional fees.

The photographer retains full copyright ownership of all images. Clients receive a license for personal use unless otherwise agreed. Commercial, advertising, promotional, or resale use requires written permission and may incur additional licensing fees.

Unless otherwise requested in writing, the client grants permission for images to be used by the photographer for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, and promotional purposes.

The photographer is not responsible for circumstances beyond their control, including weather, venue restrictions, equipment failure, illness, acts of God, or interference from third parties. Liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client.

Submission of payment and participation in the session constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
